Alex Chen
Founder & Lead Strategist
Alex founded everglade.top after a decade of experience in digital product management and brand strategy. He believes that great digital work starts with great questions — and he is never afraid to ask them. When not at the keyboard, you will find him fly-fishing on the Bitterroot River.
Maria Santos
Creative Director
Maria brings over 12 years of design expertise, from user interface design to visual storytelling. She leads our creative vision with an eye for detail and a deep empathy for the end user. Maria is also a passionate advocate for inclusive design and mentors local design students.
Jordan Park
Lead Developer
Jordan is our technical backbone — a full-stack developer who writes clean, maintainable code and loves solving complex problems. He specializes in modern JavaScript frameworks, performance optimization, and custom CMS solutions. Outside of work, Jordan is an avid trail runner and volunteer for Montana Trail Crew.
Samira Osei
Project Manager & Client Relations
Samira ensures that every project stays on track, on budget, and aligned with client goals. With a background in communications and nonprofit management, she brings a calm, organized presence to even the most ambitious timelines. Samira also leads our community outreach initiatives.
We are supported by a network of trusted freelance specialists — illustrators, copywriters, SEO analysts, and accessibility experts — who join our team on a project-by-project basis. This flexible model allows us to scale expertise exactly when needed, while keeping our core team lean, agile, and deeply invested in every outcome.
